Why I Started VA Scout

As the Managing Director of a UK-based company, I know firsthand the pressure that small and medium-sized businesses are under right now. Costs are rising from every direction — wages, energy, materials, compliance — and margins are being squeezed tighter than ever. Like many business owners, I was constantly asking myself: how do I maintain high standards without overloading my team or running my business into the ground?
