How does VA Scout’s pricing work?
You pay one clear, one-time placement fee based on the tier of VA you need — from £349 for an Entry VA to £1,000 for a Specialist / EVA Plus. There is no recurring markup on your assistant’s wage and no hidden margins. Optional add-ons, such as onboarding support or performance coaching, are priced separately and always listed upfront.
What happens if the match doesn’t work out?
Every placement is backed by a free replacement guarantee (30–60 days). If your VA isn’t the right fit, we source and vet a replacement at no extra cost.
Where are the virtual assistants based?
Our VAs are based in the Philippines. Every assistant is paid an honest, above-average wage for their country — we treat placements as team building, not cut-price outsourcing.
